The seaside village of Happisburgh is a holiday hotspot on the north east coast of Norfolk, famous for its striped red and white lighthouse and traditional coaching inn. Or two-bedroomed Nicholson Cottage, where empty grain wagons left make an interesting feature in the open plan living area, while exposed flint walls, beams and artwork by the painter Ben Nicholson give added character to each room.
