Boulder Cottage is a three-bedroom Victorian property in the Cornish seaside village of Trevone, near Padstow.

Discounts of 20 per cent for bookings made before the end of March are being offered. Weekly rates are £800 (was £1,000) in July and August, £600 (was £750) in May, June and September, and £400 (was £500) for the rest of the year (excluding school holidays). The cottage sleeps seven.
